SomaMemo supports private health recording, education and preparation for conversations with qualified clinicians. By using the app or website, you agree to use them lawfully and responsibly.
2. Medical and emergency limits
SomaMemo does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or replace professional care. Structured prompts, trends and community posts may be incomplete or wrong. Seek qualified care for medical decisions. For urgent or severe symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately.
3. Lifetime purchase
Lifetime access is a non-consumable App Store purchase with no automatic renewal. Apple handles payment, refunds and restoration. Availability, tax and local price follow the App Store. Restoring a purchase does not transfer health records.
4. Community rules
The community is for product questions and respectful peer experience, not medical advice. Do not post illegal material, advertising, harassment, hate, another person’s private information, emergency requests or dangerous medical claims. We may hide or remove content for safety, moderation or legal compliance. Display names are public but not identity-verified.
You retain responsibility for what you post and grant SomaMemo permission to display it as part of the community service. Report concerns to support@somamemo.com.
5. Availability, changes and contact
Features may change for safety, technical, legal or product reasons. Local-only design means we cannot recover deleted records or forgotten backup passwords. Questions can be sent to support@somamemo.com.
